1. 1 year of experience in managing performance marketing channels like Search, Social, Affiliates etc
2. 1 year of experience in managing marketing teams & leading cross-functional initiatives
3. Strong analytical acumen; Should be comfortable with handling large datasets and drive insights from them.
4. Strong communication skills to be able to articulate ideas to actionables and drive alignment across teams
5. Technical skills: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Amplitude (or equivalent product analytics tools)
Technical and Professional Requirements:
Education- Any Graduate.
Experience – Minimum 1 year required as technical writer.
Develop content based on ideas relevant to the project.
Generating taglines and compelling content for social media and digital creatives.
Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy.
Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies.
Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original.
Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (websites, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)
Creating enticing content for emailers and monitoring performance of email marketing campaigns.
Generation backlinks through the creation of PowerPoint presentations for PPT submission portals and answering questions posted on digital forums routinely.
Performing on-page SEO activities which include creation meta titles, meta descriptions, etc. in adherence to standard SEO guidelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent grasp of the English language.
Creative and innovative thinker and planner.
Confident in producing work across multiple platforms.
Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas.
Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

2 years’ experience writing for a large agency or corporation.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Good understanding of technical concepts pertaining to the software industry and e-commerce industry
